Obituary of Virgine A. Lackey

Virgine A. Lackey, 84, formerly of Bonita Springs, FL, more recently of Sparta, NJ passed away on October 5, 2022 at Morristown Medical Center. 

Born in Elkhorn, WI, Virgine gradauted from Richmond High School in Richmond, IL in 1956. She worked as a Customer Service Representative for JCP&L for 20 years. 

Virgine is survived by her devoted daughters, Alicia Prizzi, and her husband, Tony, and Alana Honish. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Michael Lackey, Marc Cadwell and his wife, Megan, Tia Lance, and her husband, Bryan, and Dylan Gallego, and his wife, Andrea; as well as her dear sister, Louise Novak, of McHenry, IL; her four great-grandchildren and seven nieces and nephews. Virgine was predeceased by her beloved husband, Alan Lackey, in 2012; and her brothers, David Schultz and Charles Schultz. 

Visiting will be on Thursday, October 13, 2022 from 5-7pm, with a Celebration of Life at 7pm, at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. Interment will be private.
