Obituary of Lilly Lee Kwong

Lilly Kwong, 80, passed away on July 26, 2023. She was born in New York and lived in East Hanover, NJ.

Lilly graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. She received her Master of Arts Degree from William Paterson University. She worked as a teacher for the Morris School District until her retirement in 2006. She was a member of the Kitchell Memorial Presbyterian Church, East Hanover, NJ.

Lilly was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Kwong in April 2023. She is survived by her devoted daughters, Larissa Kwong Abazia and her husband, Daniel, of Robbinsville, NJ, and Lisette Kwong, of Morristown, NJ, as well as her brother, Bow Lum Lee of Connecticut. She is also survived by her cherished grandchildren, Jonathan and Ryleigh Kwong-Abazia.

Family and friends are welcome to gather for a Memorial Service on Friday, August 18, 2023, at 10:30am at the Kitchell Memorial Presbyterian Church, 469 Ridgedale Ave., East Hanover, NJ.

The family kindly requests that donations in memory of Lilly Kwong may be made to the Kitchell Presbyterian Church’s music ministry or to Fairleigh Dickinson University.
