I cannot explain how broken my heart is at the loss of my dear niece, marisa. I tried very hard to be there for your services, but the weather didn’t agree. To my sister, Santa, brother-in-law, Mario, nephew, Mario niece, Marianne and all of her extended family, my heart goes out to you I will miss you dearly. We were only 12 years apart, and I can remember when you were born how excited I was to be an aunt. I’m glad we had time to talk recently. I will be thinking of you often. Rest in peace, my dear niece.

Marisa was always fun and funny! I remember dancing and singing in her living room to The Four Seasons Gold double album and of course to The Shondels. One time we stole one of her Mom's Salem Menthol cigarettes( sorry Mrs. DiFalco) and we snuck out behind the pool to smoke it! Soo gross!! Marisa made a little snack for us one day. It was a toasted English Muffin with some tomato sauce and oregano on top. It was delish! Marisa, you will be dearly missed, I wish you peace...

I've kept in touch with Ris over the last few years especially on Facebook when she posted memories of her cousin Peter Lucia. She loved him and her family so much! My deepest condolences to Santa, Mario, and the entire DiFalco family! I shall miss her so much!

My cousin, my friend & confidant we were three months apart and grew up together. The fun we had as children grew into a close and special relationship as adults. I will miss you beyond belief. You will always be a part of my life. My heart felt condolences go out to your parents & family. I’ve included photos of us, one as children & another of us celebrating New Years Eve - Rest in Peace my friend. Love you…

Ms. DiFalco was an extremely dedicated teacher. She was very close with my family when my triplet siblings and I were in middle school. She came to our house on numerous occasions for tutoring, and even came over for her birthday (pictured) and attended our B’Nai Mitzvah. We stayed in touch via social media and texting, more-so in the past few years when I myself became a math teacher as well as after my two children were born. She wanted to meet them so badly and constantly commented on my social media posts. She texted me the following pictures when she was getting rid of a bunch of furniture. I can’t believe she kept these pictures along with the birthday card. I only hope I can leave as much a legacy and make as much of an impact on any of my own students in the future. She will be missed by many and definitely left this life far too young.

I met Marisa in August of 1995. I was a newly hired special education teacher at MTMS. Marisa took me under her wing and was always there for me. She started as a colleague but soon became a close friend. We shared so many fun times in and out of school. No matter what crazy situation we were in, Marisa found the humor in it. She could always make people laugh. Her love for her parents, sister and brother and nieces and nephews was unmatched. Marisa was a loyal friend and I will miss her dearly.
My most sincere condolences to her wonderful family.

Very Sad to learn that Marisa has passed away. Marisa tutor our daughter Erica back in the late 70's early 80's. Marisa was a lovely person like the rest of the DiFalco family. As I'm writing this it's just sad, so young, just sad.

I am saddened for all who knew and loved Marisa. Our family had the pleasure of Marisa’s weekly visits to our home on Cleveland Street to tutor our daughter, Erica.
Marisa was recommended by her Mom, Santa and Marisa quickly blended into our busy household of love and nurturing. Decades have passed and we realize Miss Marisa as a sweet and quality soul who touched us all tremendously in the best of enduring lessons and ways. Thank you dear Miss Marisa. Thank you so much.
Lovingly submitted from everyone from our then household of Cleveland Street:
Joseph San Felice II
Sharyn
Erica, Olivia Luciana
