Dear Ann and family,
We are so sorry to hear of Steve's passing. He often spoke of his family at Chief events and how proud he was of everyone. His infectious laugh still rings in my ears, and his smile and wisdom led our Chiefs Executive Board. I learned how to be the best Chief I could from Steve and leaned on him at times when the road was bumpy.
We had good Chief's in Morris County and a few who we great. Steve was one of the great ones!
He will be missed, and may he live on through the stories and memories we share.

Dear Ann and family I’m thinking of all of you and keeping you in my prayers as you begin such a difficult journey. Steve’s passing is a tragedy. I didn’t know Steve for a long time but from day one his infectious smile and sense of humor was contagious. The first time I met him he said “you’re trouble”. From that day forward he called me that. Each time he said it made me smile. I will remember Steve fondly. Diane Beard

To the best big brother, the guy stuck pulling me out of parties because I was past my curfew, who always had my back as a kid.
Steve you would always play games with me even though I cheated. The rainy days we would ride our bikes or roller skate in the cellar. The only guy who would let me drive the trains. Shooting hoops in the backyard with the lights on & playing catch. When we had a scary guy hurting women in town you always had someone watching me when I got out of work alone.
My heart is broken but we will meet again dear brother.
