Obituary of William Martin Earley

~~William "Bill" Earley, 68, passed away on August 2, 2017 in Hanover NJ. He was born in Morristown and was a long time resident of Madison.


Bill graduated from Madison High School in 1966. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He graduated from the Spartan School of Aeronautics and the County College of Morris. He developed a long career in quality control management for major manufacturers and then for the Department of Defense before he retired. Bill was spontaneous, loved to travel, could tell a great story, and was a talented gardener.


Bill is survived by his daughter Casey Erickson and her husband Michael, his son William Earley, his brother Jack, sister in law Gail, and all nieces and nephews, as well as his cherished granddaughter Hannah Mae Erickson.


Family and friends are welcome to gather on Sunday, August 6, 2017 from 2-5pm at Burroughs, Kohr, and Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main Street, Madison NJ 07940. A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, August 7, 2017 at 10AM at St Vincent Martyr Church, 26 Green Village Road, Madison, NJ 07940. Internment will immediately follow at St Vincent Cemetery on Noe Ave and Shunpike Rd, Madison NJ.


In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in Bill's memory to St. Barnabas Health Hospice ( https://www.barnabashealth.org/Specialty-Services/Home-Care-and-Hospice/Support-Hospice/Support-Hospice.aspx).
