I did not know Noah personally but have seen him in the hallways of JP and heard his name on the PA speaker during morning announcements. He was not only a great wrestler, but he seemed like a very amazing person who was always ready to lend a hand to a friend/peer or just light up a room with his bright smile and funny jokes. I still cannot bring myself to believe that he is gone but may his soul rest in peace and may his family/loved ones gain the strength to bear this tremendous loss.
RIP NOAH "Gone but Always Loved & Never Forgotten" :(

Noah,
I have had the blessing of watching you grow from a boy into a wonderful young man. You brought pride and joy to your parents and brother. I celebrated and applauded you through every milestone and achievement.
It is your curly locks, playful eyes and ability to capture every heart in every room that will forever live on in my heart.
May your kind, loving spirit continue to surround us.

Though I only knew Noah through summer camp and only a few summers at that, there is no doubt that he was a light in the lives of many and a smart and caring person. I remember fondly other members of his cabin dressing him up as Jesus Christ (when he still had quite long hair) and parading him around the dining hall. I still have the paracord Nation necklace he gave me, a necklace he earned through good deeds at camp, which he gave to me because he wanted me to have it. It serves to me as a little memento of Camp Bernie and that summer we became friends. Rest in peace, Noah. Your light was extinguished too soon, but your memory lives on.

Dear Noah,
you’ve been a part of our Family’s live from the time you came to this Earth till the day you were gone. From celebrating your first birthday to spending Hanukkahs and Christmas together over the years , summer pool parties and many other events. You were a good friend and fun friend to Ellie and Tino, supportive brother to Eric and a gracious guest in our home. These memories of you will always stay in our hearts and carry on with us to the end. You will never be forgotten

Growing up with Noah by my side was an absolute pleasure. He never failed to always put smiles on me and the boys faces and always was the one to lift all of our spirits and make things fun and entertaining. One memory I constantly think about to this day is when my brother, Eric, Noah and I were having our annual pillow fight in the dark in Tino’s room. Someone hit Eric too hard with the pillow and he was very upset so we turned on the lights and tried to make him feel better. Next thing u know Noah starts singing the song “Uptown funk you up” and we all joined singing it a-cappella style singing the instruments and everything and in seconds Eric felt better. We were all so impressed with ourselves for singing it so well and I still bring it up every time we all hang out to this day because of how silly and amazing the chemistry was between all of us. I will miss you forever Noah, thank u for spreading your light and making my early years filled with joy. I will always treasure our memories cone head <3

Though we only saw Noah a few times a year, his visits were always filled with warmth and joy. They had a special way of making each moment memorable, with their laughter and genuine kindness. From playing hide and seek or running away from some figure in the shadow that creeped us out I always looked forward to these times together. Growing up with them as a family friend, his presence, left a lasting impact on our hearts. I will deeply miss him and forever cherish the love and happiness they brought into my life.-Tino villani

Noah,
It’s so hard to find the right words because truly nothing about this is easy. I never thought we would be writing a memorial to you so soon. Our family is shocked and devastated by your sudden passing and especially the kids because they grew up with you. We will cherish the memories of your visits to us with your family to Florida every year. You are a wonderful kid and you were destined to do great things. We will always remember you fondly from our last memory of the bright future that awaited you at Rutgers. We will be here to support your family whenever they need us.
Love,

Thinking back on memories of Noah, I remember more than anything his empathy and maturity.
I can remember when my father, Noah’s grandfather, was in the hospital. We were walking and talking, and I confided in him. He gave me wonderful advice that day, as Libras are wise and are known to give great advice after all.
I also remember the time he visited me. From my apartment, you can see nothing but bricks and buildings, and he jokingly asked “where’s your garden?” I told him I’d take him a few blocks down to Central Park to see “my garden.”
Now everyday when I leave my apartment, I see your picture and all these memories come back. Love Uncle Doug.

Noah,
It’s your cousin Nick. I don’t have the words to express how much I miss you.
As I look through countless pictures of memories we shared, I’ve been brought to tears more times than I can count.
I just want you to know I’m proud of you. You were an Eagle Scout. You followed my dad, your uncle, to Rutgers. I’ve heard of how you were there for your friends when they needed help.
I wish there was more time for me to get to know you. That me, you and Eric could’ve spent more time together. But the time we shared I will cherish forever and I hope these words reach you, I love you Noah.

One of the happiest moments of my life was the day Noah was born. My beloved grandson, my heart hurts for you and the memories of you will be with me for the rest of my life.
We shared a family tradition in that I was a Den Mother for the boy scouts and you were a scout yourself. One of my proudest memories was of you and your father building a rock garden at a senior nursing facility as part of your project to become an Eagle Scout.
As your grandmother, it heals my heart to read and to know how many people loved you.

Our family has had the honor of knowing the Koenig's from well before Noah's birth and throughout all his years. We have shared many years of celebrations, holidays and trips as all our kids were growing up. I particularly remember Noah's great amount of curiosity with the wonders of the outdoors as a child on a group camping trip. It certainly was of no surprise that he took to the scouts and exceled. We have seen Noah from first coming into this world to becoming a man and have always thought of him and all the Koenig's as family.
Words are hard to find to express our sadness and how he will be missed.

In the gentle whispers of the wind and the laughter within the trees of the wild, in the melting snow on the ground, in the pictures and sculptures of the angels, we'll feel Noah's spirited essence. Though he may no longer stand beside us physically, his friendly, thoughtful demeanor reflects in our camaraderie. We remember him fondly as a scout and his creative spirit continues to inspire us.

Noah, it’s your uncle, Robert. It’s Friday, June 14, 2024, where I sit alone trying to find the right words to express myself, during this difficult time for me and the family.
Noah, we had a lot in common, as I reflect on our lives growing up. While, we are 44 years apart, the family bond, our individual experiences with the boy scouts, and our connection to law, make it that much more difficult to express in this tribute. And, we both attended Rutgers University. Your Mom and Dad were, and continue to be, very proud of your accomplishments in becoming an Eagle Scout, attending Rutgers University, and joining Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity at Rutgers.
Noah, your passion for the study of criminal justice with an eye towards studying law, as your uncle did, also makes this tribute a difficult one for me. I am struggling right now, as we never got around to scheduling a date and time, so that I can share my experiences inside and outside the Bronx Halls of Justice in Bronx County, New York. We could have had lunch at a local Dominican Restaurant within walking distance of Yankee Stadium. And, we both could have learned invaluable life lessons just spending some time together outside the Bronx courthouse.
Noah, I am not sure what my next journey is beyond the Bronx Halls of Justice or my law practice, but what I am certain is that you would want your uncle to continue mentoring those aspiring, like you, to follow in my footsteps. It will be my Honor to continue mentoring in your name with your spiritual support and guidance.
Noah, you were described by a close college friend as a gentle, compassionate and loving soul. And that you were known for giving your friend “great new song recommendations.” Your aunt, Sunita always said that Noah “lit up the room with that “sweet smile and kind eyes,” which gave us all a calming presence about you. You were quiet and reserved, just like your uncle, yet your presence left an indelible impression on your family and friends.
Noah, I could hear you saying to me uncle, Robert keep it short and sweet! Noah, our paths have temporarily diverged for now…
With Love & Memory,
Your, Uncle Robert

I had the pleasure of being Noah’s Unit Leader when he attended YMCA Camp Bernie. He was one of the most awesome campers that I ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was always a bundle of joy and a face a sunshine. I have so many fond memories of him and shared photos from the best fashion show ever that featured his alter ego: Jeebus. I pray that God brings comfort to you all through this unthinkable time. Love you Noah. Rest well my friend.

Noah was an amazing gentle human being. I will forever cherish my memories with him. Having known him since he was a young child my family and I are distraught hearing of this news. These pictures epitomize the kind cheerful and gentle soul that was Noah Koenig. May god give Andrea, Peter and Eric the courage and fortitude to deal with this immense loss.

Here's a revised draft that focuses on the personal connection and heartfelt sentiment:
I am deeply saddened by the loss of my colleague, Noah. In the short time we worked together, he showed me only kindness, respect, and a warm smile. His presence made a difference in my days, and his absence will be deeply felt. My heart goes out to his loved ones, and I hope they find comfort in the love and admiration he inspired in so many.

I met Noah in middle school, we instantly became wonderful friends. We had so many fun times together, all the way to our senior prom. He had this way of bringing everyone together and cracking the funniest jokes. He was there for me, no matter what. We could call and talk for hours about nonsense. I’m so thankful to have had such a great friend in my life.
