Obituary of Pasquale Folino

Pasquale Folino, age 81, sadly left us on July 23, 2024.  He was born Octoer 1, 1942 in Vincolise, Italy.  He was one of five children. He immigrated from Italy to the U.S. in 1974 to pursue the American dream. He became a member of the local 711 laborer’s union and had a landscaping business.  Pasquale married the love of his life, Maria and together they had two children, Lucia Teresa and Frank. Sadly, he lost his love from her battle with cancer when she was  35 years old.

Pasquale was a very hardworking, loving, and loyal man.  He embodied resilience and strength to provide for his family who he cherished. He loved to garden, watch soccer, and had a hobby of looking for wild mushrooms.

 Pasquale is survived by his daughter, Teresa and her husband, James, his son Frank and his wife Melissa, along with four grandchildren.   He is also survived by his beloved siblings, Guiseppe, Caterina, Simone, and predeceased sister Francesca; as well as 13 nieces and nephews.

Visiting will be on Thursday, July 25th from 6-9pm at Dangler Funeral Home in Morris Plains. A Mass of Catholic Burial will be held on Friday, July 26th at 10:30am at St. Margaret’s Church in Morristown.  Entombment will follow at Holy Rood Mausoleum in Morris Township.

We will miss Pasquale dearly, but find comfort that he is with his wife again.
