Muriel was such a dear friend to my mother Ruth Bonner for more than 40 years as they met at Equitable in the early 1970"s. They were fast friends and later in life they took many vacation trips together to nearby beaches where "shopping" was always a part of the agenda. The girls at the Red Hat lunches were however the best of all. Ruth's girls Lori Bierman and Diane Lewis send our most sincere condolences to Cheryl, Beverly and family on the loss of their Mother. May your good memories lift you in this time of grief. Photo includes the Red Hat lunch crew, Dorothy Hecht on the left and Ruth Bonner next to her - Muriel on the far right. Aunt Muriel brings such sweet memories. Her smile just warmed my heart. I can still hear the crew Aunt Betty Uncle Tom, Dave and Virginia Mc Gowan the Ladens and all laughing so hard on canasta night at my parents. I'm sure the joy and laughter is alive and joyous in Heaven. Peace. Linda bronco

Muriel was a friend of mine since when I met her through one of my best friends, Ruth Bonner. Ruth started a group of us to form a Red Hat Society ladies and we enjoyed many wonderful times together, going out to lunch, dressed in purple and wearing a red hat. My sincere sympathy to her family and to her many friends, of which I was one. May special wonderful memories remain with us all.
