Obituary of Paul F. Tumelty

~~Paul F. Tumelty, 76, passed away on October 14, 2017 at Morristown Medical Center.
Born in Boston, MA, he lived in Morristown, NJ for the past 43 years.

Paul received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Boston College and his PhD from the University of Iowa. He worked as a Research Scientist at Honeywell of Massachusetts as well as Allied Signal, Morristown, NJ. Following his employment at Allied Signal, he was a Library Assistant at the Joint Free Public Library of Morristown and Morris Township, NJ. He was also a member of St. Thomas More Church, Convent Station, NJ, and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Elisabeth Tumelty; and his loving daughter, Kathleen Tumelty, of Brookline, MA. 

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Wednesday, October 18, 2017 from 7-9 pm at Burroughs, Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main St. Madison, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, October 19, 2017, at 10:00 am at St. Thomas More Church, Convent  Station, NJ. Interment will be at a later date in Boston, MA.
