Obituary of Patrick Michael Ninni, Sr.

Patrick Michael Ninni, Sr., 95, formerly of Morristown, NJ, more recently of Toms River, NJ, passed away at Monmouth Medical Center on July 19, 2015. Born and raised in Morristown, Patrick has resided in Toms River for the past 25 years. He proudly served his country from 1941-1945 in the 53rd ordinance company as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army during WWII. He worked as a Secretary and Welfare Officer for BAC Local 4/21 for 40 years, before retiring in 1990. Patrick was a Morristown Babe Ruth Coach from the 1960s-1980s; an original member of the Morristown Columbian Club; and a member of the VFW in Toms River. Patrick is survived by his loving wife, Angelina (Gigantelli) Ninni; and his devoted children, Angela and Ronald Zimmer of Jackson, NJ, Patrick Michael Ninni, Jr. and his wife, Michelle, of Long Valley, NJ, John Joseph Ninni and his life partner, Christine Cullen, of Mount Tabor, NJ. He is also survived by his beloved sister, Joan Loveridge of Morristown, NJ; as well as his cherished grandchildren, Samantha, Patrick III, Christopher John, and Stephen. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 10am-1pm, with a memorial service at 1pm, at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains, NJ. Interment will be private.
