Obituary of Gilda B. Loeb

Gilda Loeb died on December 30th at Overlook Medical Center in Summit at the age of 92, following a brief illness. A native of Brooklyn, NY, she and her late husband Robert were longtime residents of Whippany, and she spent her final years residing at the Crane's Mill retirement community in West Caldwell. She is survived by her daughters, Jane Rubin of Randolph and Ann Kilby of Portland, ME. Her son, Leo, predeceased her. Mrs. Loeb was known for her always-cheerful disposition, eternal optimism, signature hat collection, and devotion to her family who adored her.
