To the Fulmer family, I worked with Billy at the MPO. He was a real good guy and I have tremendous respect for him for how he handled adversity. I am very sorry to hear of his passing. May he rest in peace. God Bless.

To the Fulmer Family, I think back to the good days when Bill and my sister and our cousins were all young and spent time playing together. We are all about the same age now and it sure hurts to lose Uncle Bill. I pray for comfort for the rest of the family at this time. He was loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
