Obituary of Dolores Marcantonio

Dolores Marcantonio, 87, passed away July 5, 2018. She was born in Sugar Notch, PA, and lived in Morris Twp., NJ for the past 60 years.

She graduated high school in Sugar Notch, PA. She eventually moved to NJ, where she was a Bookkeeper for Dangler + Mills for many years. She was a parishoner of St. Virgil's Church and a Eucharistic Minister at Morris View. Dolores volunteered at a soup kitchen and Morris County Elections. She enjoyed the Papermill Playhouse, NJSO, traveling, entertaining, baking and cooking, and playing Bridge.

She is the loving wife of the late Anthony Marcantonio (1994). Dolores is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Linda Marcantonio and David Shultz of Morris Twp., NJ. Caring aunt of eight nieces and nephews, and many great nieces and nephews, and other relatives and friends.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Monday, July 9, 2018 from 4-7 pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Ave., Morris Plains, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at 10 am at St. Virgil's Church, 250 Speedwell Ave., Morris Plains, NJ. Interment will follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Morristown, NJ.
