Helen F. Kennedy died on July 6, 2018.
Born in Summit, NJ she resided in Morristown since 1989.
Prior to her retirement she worked at Atlantic Home Health Care in Morristown. For many years, she was active with Redeemer Episcopal Church and the Eric Johnson House, both in Morristown and the AIDS Center at Hope House in Dover.
She was predeceased by her parents, Edward A. Kennedy, Jr., and Frances Kennedy (nee McGuire), and her sister.
She is survived by many friends, including Rev. Peter VB. Wells of Wayne, Christine & Thomas Murray, of Andover, and Raj & Swapna Gunisetty of Morristown.
Services were private. At her request, Helen’s remains were donated to the Department of Forensic Anthropology at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.
