I have known Mike my entire life. Our families would get together around the holidays. His wife is like an aunt; his children like cousins. 15 years ago, almost to the month, I began a journey when my mother suggested to me that I call Mike for a job. At the time Mike and I weren’t necessarily close, but over the years a special bond was formed that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Mike started me at the bottom and had me work my way up. He guided me and taught me so much, yet he always valued my opinion. He trusted me through and through with a business that he held so dear...and I have no intention of ever letting him down. Working with Mike never felt quite like work. It was a pleasure and an honor. He was my boss, but I never saw it that way and he never expressed himself that way. He was my friend and forever my family. I loved him and will miss him dearly.

My deepest condolences to Sharon and Family.. Mike was someone that I looked up to and admired and I always will remember him in the highest regard. He was kind and compassionate. He had the highest integrity and always helped me whenever he could. I am honored to have been his friend..and I always thought of him as Family.. Very few people are fortunate enough to work with a person like Mike. He was always willing to create new business and give guidance through the process. If you were smart you took his advise! We knew each other for decades. We always started our conversation talking about our kids,family,and then finally about busines. I not sure that there was anyone out there that had the knowledge that you had about our busines. We all listen, some tried to do it their own way, but at the end they all went back to your way.
