Upon moving to Morris Plains, Bill became active in the community, serving on the Morris Plains Planning Board, Board of Directors for the Southeast Morris County MUA and Morris Plains Fire Department (past Chief) for over 60 years.

Bill was predeceased by wife Kay, brother Charlie Conradi and his wife Mary, sister Marge and husband Norman, and special nephew Chuck Conradi.

He is survived by son Bill Jr. and wife Jill of Toms River NJ, son John and husband Rick Randall of Sarasota FL, daughter Laura and husband Jan Greenberg of Burlington NJ; grandchildren and (great-grandchildren) Lacey and Trevor Neil (Kai), Jadian and Jesse Smallwood (Adilee and Ellis), Erin and Bryan Dorsey (Brayden and Kane), Ross Greenberg, Lindsey Kress and fiancée Jon McKee, Michael Kress and Connor Giblin.  His grandchildren and great-grandchildren gave him much joy.

Thanks to Dr. Gennaro Marino; Mary, Val and Shoshane of Atlantic Health Hospice; and devoted caregivers Lydia and Suzie.
