I am so sorry to hear of Jeannie's passing. I knew Jeannie from the Brooklake Country Club where we both worked out. She always spoke lovingly about her daughters and her adorable granddaughters. We talked about her many vacations with George while we rode side by side on our bikes. She was always smiling...a sweet person...I'll always remember her that way.
Sincerely,
Theresa McGuirk

Dearest Jennifer, Danielle, George, and Denis,
Our hearts just ache. There's really are no words to explain. Jeanne was so fun-loving. an intelligent, extraordinary woman, friend, mother, wife, daughter, sister and compassionate teacher. We met in Bayley Ellard High School 56 years years ago. Once your friend- always your friend. Oh, all the goods times we shared, thank you
Jeanne. I know she told about the time in senoir year I climbed up the statue of George Washington to sit with him on his horse. I think she even told on me about how I got the nickname "Motorboat" Oh, how we laughed. For all the times we were sad she made us smile. For all the times there was mischief in the air she giggled through our adventures. We chose the yellow candle because her smile just lit up the room and you know there was the sweetest laugh and giggle that soon followed. The second reason was her wonderful warm, honest, and loving soul that shone so brightly to the world.
Jennifer and Danielle, you were the sunshine of her life. Over the years as she talked about you the joy was palpable and the twinkle in her eyes was dazzling. I can still see when you came to swim at out house. So young. We had such a good time. You were wonderful daughters always bringing great joy and pride to her. What a team you were. You gave her such meaning and fulfillment to her life. You became great friends as you grew up. This is very rare and says mountains about you three women. You have become remarkable women because of your mother; strong with a twinkle in your eyes. We wish we could ease your pain.
George , oh our heart hurts so much for you. You were Jeanne's knight in shining armor. You mended a broken heart and made her believe in true love again. From the moment she went to buy her Dad a bottle of liquor, you put the twinkle back in her eyes. From the proposal, to asking Mr. and Mrs. McLaughlin for her hand in marriage, to the The Summit in the Poconos you two have shared a lovely love story. Over 33 years of marriage you laughed, cried, danced, sent the girls off to college and traveled together. You loved Jennifer and Danielle and was always there for them. What a exceptional father and husband role model you were for them. It was really destiny
that you found each other. Thank goodness for Mr. McLaughlin, bless his wonderful soul. I really think that if Jeanne didn't says yes Mrs. McLaughlin would have married you. She loved you so much,George. We wish somehow we could ease your terrible pain.
Denis, our hearts are so heavy with sadness for you. You are such an amazing brother. You were just a young boy when we would come to pick up Jeanne in high school. You two were so close and so supportive of each other. Jeanne loved you so much and was so very proud of all you have done and accomplished. At a very difficult time in Jeanne's life you were there. You were the"wind beneath her wings" so to speak. It was you that told her she was wonderful. It was you that helped her believe. It was you that enable to start again. You always had each others back. And then years later you came back into our live when Peter came to Seton Hall Law. You made such a lasting impression on our son. Believe it or not I still remember your amazing address to the graduating class that day. It was so inspirationally warm and
directly from the heart.I still hear the students loud cheering when you finish. What a moment. In fact, I believe the class voted you to address them. We wish we could ease your heartache.
You are a strong family and will somehow find away together to make it through "this very dark valley of death" pslam 23. We both know and deeply believe that Jeanne is still very close and watching over us. Her Mom and sweet Dad are with her. If I sit very still I can hear her sweet laughing giggle. Oh, how sweet you were. Stay close to us Jeanne and help us through. We loved you so dearly. We know that only God can ease our pain.
Until we meet again Jeanne, we send our love, our dearest angel.
Love,
Jerry and Kathy Jabbour
