Obituary of Thomas N. Bahash

Thomas “Tom” Nicholas Bahash passed away peacefully on January 24, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer.

He was born on October 15, 1942 in New Brunswick to George and Margaret Ryan Bahash.

Tom graduated from St. Peter’s High School and received a B.S. degree from Mt. St. Mary’s University, Emmitsburg, MD.

He was employed by Prudential, IBM, and spent over 40 years at Merrill Lynch as a stockbroker.

Tom’s love of family and friends ran deep. He enjoyed many summers in Spring Lake, NJ; investing in the stock market; and was an avid sports fan.

Tom was a devoted communicant at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Parish, Cedar Knolls.

Tom will forever be remembered by his loving wife Mary; his brother Bob and his wife Carol; his sister Joan Kammerer; his brother George and his wife Margie; his nieces and nephews Tim and Erick, Kelly, Kristen and Brian, Courtney, Nick and Alyssa, and Rob and Janice and their children Julia, Tommy and Michael.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Sunday, January 27, 2019 from 1-4pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. An additional viewing will take place on Monday, January 28, 2019 from 10-11am at The Villa at Florham Park, 190 Park Avenue, Florham Park. A Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00am at The Villa. Entombment will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery, New Brunswick.
