Carmine J. Errico Sr., 81 of Convent Station, N.J., passed away peacefully at home on October 11, 2015, surrounded by his loving family. Visitation will be held in Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Ave Morris Plains, NJ, on October 15, 2015 from 4 to 8 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be offered at Assumption of The Blessed Virgin Mary in Morristown, N.J. on October 16, 2015 at 10 a.m., followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover, N.J. Mr. Errico was born and raised in East Orange, N.J. before living in Chatham, Livingston and finally settling in Convent Station. Mr. Errico was the proprietor of Northfield Friendly Service Station in Livingston, N.J. for over 35 years before retiring. Central to Mr. Errico’s life was his family. He enjoyed summer vacations with his grandchildren, watching old western movies and weekly Sunday Dinners. Mr. Errico is survived by his beloved wife of 58 years Marie (nee Vaccaro); loving father of Philip Errico and his wife Katharine of Flanders, N.J., Carmine Errico, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Morristown, N.J., Michelle Gonnella and her husband Frank of Randolph, N.J., Lisa Sisco and her husband Lee of Randolph, N.J. and Mark Errico and his wife Martene of Randolph, N.J., and his brothers Joseph, Philip and Alberto. He is also survived by his 14 grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in his memory to the Atlantic Home Care & Hospice, 465 South St # 2, Morristown, NJ 07960.
