The first time I met Barbara Richie told me that she was "one in a million". Ever since that day, many years ago I have thought that Barbara wasn't just "one in a million"but instead there will never ever be anyone else like her. And We want you to know that you were one of those special kind of person. No matter how challenging things could get you never seemed overwhelmed or discouraged.
