Joan, my friend since 5th grade at Sacred Heart, St. Vincent's Academy, College of St. Elizabeth, and The Sisters of Charity, will be greatly missed. Joan was a warm, friendly, spiritual person who has accomplished great things serving others through her social work and counseling. She was surely devoted to her family and also very dear to her friends who will miss her very much. I will especially miss visiting Joan at our annual reunions at Lucille's home. And now, she will intercede for her family and friends from her high place in heaven. Rest in God's peace. To Joan's family: I am very sorry for your loss. You were all very close to Joan, and now even closer as she celebrates a grand reunion with her parents and sisters, Ann, Maureen and Bernadette in heaven. Joan will be very missed by all. I have known Joan for over 30 years and was the highlight of my week when she would come to Atlantic City on Fridays. I felt like I had my own personal therapist every week when we went to lunch Everyone who knew Joan loved her.

I am so sorry for your loss, I worked with Joan at Local 68 and have known her 24 years. I feel blessed to have known her, her kind words not only helped me, but all of the Union. She was an original lady who made you feel so special. I so enjoyed our talks and her amazing faith was inspiring. She touched so many lives, she will never be forgotten or her work done to improve so many lives. She adored her family and it was a pleasure to hear her stories and see pictures, she was so proud of all of you. My deepest sympathy to all of the family. Patricia Dandola
