Obituary of Dale S. Keller

Dale S. Keller, 62, passed away at Morristown Medical Center on November 27, 2016. He lived in Morris Plains, NJ, for the past 17 years. Prior to that he lived and grew up in Madison, NJ. Dale received a Bachelor’s Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. He worked as an IT Technician for Chubb Insurance, Warren, NJ, for 30 years until his retirement in 2005. He was an active Mason and was a member of the Azure Masada Lodge #22 and Past Grand Chaplin of Madison Masonic Lodge #93. He also belonged to the Salaam Shriners, Scottish Rite Valley of Northern NJ, Ridgefield Park Masonic Club and life member of the Madison Ambulance Corps. Dale is survived by his wife, Mary Serpico Keller and his stepdaughter, Stefanie Serpico and a grandson, Anthony Hedden. He is also survived by his brother William Keller (Harold/Bill) and his wife, Heidi, as well as a niece, Heather Shadiack and a nephew, Stephen Keller. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Thursday, December 1, 2016 a from 4-7 pm at Burroughs, Kohr & Dangler Funeral Home, 106 Main St., Madison, NJ 07940, with a memorial service scheduled for 6:30 pm. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in Dale’s memory to the Salaam Shriners Shepherds Club, 376 Hollywood Ave., Suite 108, Fairfield, NJ 07004.
