It is hard to even know what to say here.... Dottie had the energy of a person 20 years younger than her.... It is hard to wrap thoughts around her absence from a life she made so full. Cris, Kathy, Clint and your beautiful families--My heart is heavy for your loss of a wonderful person. Dotty always said it like it was, offered a smile, made me laugh, and surprised me big time with a visit to Colorado. Her energy was incredible as was her devotion to your entire family. I wish I could be there to celebrate her life with you all. Memories of childhood are jumping out of a woman who held her family together, worked tons of hours but always popped in on the holidays for dinner after her shifts. She was dedicated to my grandmother and my mother always sending notes to remind them she was thinking of them. I am grateful for you Dotty and that you so willingly shred your zest for life! Peace to you all.

My heart is sad for each of you. It is so hard. Dottie was a picture of strength and caring. Life wasn't always easy for her, but she picked up and went on. A great example for everyone. I am sure she was proud of you all. I hope you have peace knowing her pain is gone and she is in a better place.

My prayers and sympathy to family and extended family. As a classmate (MHS 53) I remember her smile and brightness wherever she was. She has been in my prayers these last months and relieved her suffering is over. I last saw her 2 years ago at a class picnic and came away praising one very gutsy lady. I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Valleau. She was a wonderful woman and mother. When I was younger I spent many days at the Valleaus' house and she was always kind and made me feel like a part of the family. My deepest sympathies to the Valleau family.
