Obituary of Frank R. Moretti

Frank Rosario Moretti (72) passed away on January 25, 2020 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital after a two year battle with cancer. Frank was born on December 10, 1947 in Brooklyn, New York to Anna and Frank Moretti. He was a loving husband to Patricia Tatosian Moretti. Frank graduated from Queens College. His careers were diverse: he was the business representative of Local 452 of the Candy and Confectionary Worker’s Union and later, owner of Regent Painting and Madison Finishings in Manhattan. He had a big sense of humor and a bigger personality that would fill a room with laughter. He loved traveling, listening to Bob Seger and was a lifetime fan of The Lone Ranger. His love for animals, especially dogs and horses was unrivaled. Frank is survived by his wife, Patricia, son, Frank L. Moretti (Frankie Jr.), sister, Jennifer Moretti Spencer, as well as many beloved cousins, aunts, uncles, and countless adoring friends. Family and friends are welcome to gather on Wednesday, January 29, 2020 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at Dangler Funeral Home, 600 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. A Funeral Mass for Frank will be celebrated on Thursday, January 30, 2020 at 10:30 am at St. Virgil's Church, 250 Speedwell Avenue, Morris Plains. Cremation is private to family.
