My most vivid memory of Susan was when she and her parents, Nancy & Steve joined our group from Cocoa Beach for a Polish lunch at the Island Tiki Grill Restaurant on Merritt Island. Polish Chef Val Jasinski prepared a wonderful Polish Sampler for all of us. We had plenty of time to get to know Susan. She was very friendly and quite talkative with all of us. How sad that Susan and both of her parents are no longer with us. My heart and prayers go out to the family. With Deep Sympathy, Gloria Marrone
