My Father, Bill Barton and Lou were FRIENDS since Allied Chemical days! I would drive Dad to Morristown yearly not only to see Lou and reminisce about their friendship and to prepare his and Mom's taxes. Year after year we would drive the 2 hrs there and 2 hrs back just to see Lou and Sally! It was always a great day to see Dad, Mom ,Lou and Sally bond, 3yrs ago at 96 my Dad passed on and I still see Barry every year to prepare my affairs and Mom's. Lou always called me "Billy" and we would discuss from the Yankees to my vocation to worldly affairs. I always looked forward to speaking to him, Lou had a great sense of humor with an insightful touch of reality! YOU will be missed dearly!

Mr. Rocco was the dearest, kindness man anyone could know. He was the father of dear friends of mine from Morristown and I will always remember his twinkling eyes filled with love and enthusiasm for life. Rest In Peace Mr. Rocco. A beautiful life well lived. My memories of Uncle Lou are too many for this format, but I wanted share that he has always been a great influence in my life. As a child at family gatherings it was important to have his smile and kind words. Observing the love, friendship, and commeradery of he and my dad along with Uncle Dom and Uncle Frank has been a great example for me to live by. I hope I have displayed similar characteristics with my brother and sister, and with my cousins. We were all given such a wonderful gift to grow up with the strong positive influence of Uncle Lou. I'm not sure if there was ever a conversation between dad and Uncle Lou that didn't include the current price of a can of tomatoes. I know that may sound funny but, to this day, I simply cannot buy anything at the grocery store unless it's on sale. I guess that's when you know that someone has had an influence in your life. All of my love to Aunt Sally, Maria, Pat, Lou, Ro, Vinny, and all the grandchildren I'm truly sorry for your loss. Please rest well knowing that Uncle Lou loved you all and that I have been blessed by his presence in my life.

Dear Sally and Family, Although I cannot be with you at this time, I will keep each of you in my thoughts and prayers as you weather this storm. Lou will always be remembered as the Patriarch of our Galdi cousins. He was a gentle soul who loved his immediate and extended families unconditionally. He devotedly spent much time helping our parents complete their yearly taxes and they proudly announced his involvement every year. Lou was a kind, sincere and genuine individual who quietly led an impeccable life. Goodbye, dear cousin. Rest In peace and happiness with our Lord. Faye
