To my Sheryl and Pat words can't express the sorrow that is felt by many I had the pleasure to work you and your Dad with whom I always called Mr.Frank when he was a Special Court officer for Morristown Mun CT for several years and during that time he and I always had great talks about our families and our growing up back rounds because I also graduated from East Orange H.S and his Doctors Visits some good and some not so Good but like Mr. Frank always said to me take care of yourself Kid....but most importantly we had our discussions about what we were gonna eat after our night court Sessions was over, and boy did he always have a great dinner made from his beautiful wife...Roast beef and Mashed potatoes and gravy..or sometimes he said he would just call his Susan and see what she wanted Pizza or Meatball sub...we had great talks...I will truly miss Mr Frank but I know that God needed 1 of his strong Armour bearers Home. Rest in peace Mr. Frank with your beautiful Queen Susan. From Denise Hughey and Morristown Municipal Court Staff

Sheryl and family sorry for your loss. Frank was a good man & a great neighbor. I always enjoyed my talks with him. He was always good to me & my family. His work with the Town of Morristown was just amazing. From his time as a Special Police Officer to working with OEM he was always there helping others. He will be missed by many. The Spagnola Family
