I can’t say enough about Don, I got to know him when I was in my late 20s and his expertise, his heart and his goals were always in his friends and clients interest. He had a spectacular mind, a great heart and was always a good friend. I always trusted him and his advice, it’s hard for me to believe that he’s not here anymore however I know that he is somewhere great and I know we will meet again. Anthony Pio Costa III

The relationship of Don and I and our wives began 30 or more years ago at Notre Dame of Mt. Carmel Church. After the church was remodeled and a gathering space was added, we would meet in this space after the 7:30 AM mass. Several years later we added a "third some" into this group, Jack & Denise Dempsey. While the wives would chat, the three of us would catch up with each other. Occasionally, the "Three Amigos" would get just a bit rambunctious, but all in good faith. Of course, the wives would look the other way as the parishioners took notice of the raucous laughter coming from the group each week. The humor, jabs and general mood made everyone catch the good spirit caused by Tom, Don sometimes Jack. If you didn’t know Don, then you have lost and I do hope that some day you will find a warm, thoughtful and generous friend like him. May God Bless his soul as he will be missed.
