I am so grateful God placed Dianna in my life. What a blessing and comfort she was to me and always full of thoughtful surprises. The most precious memory was her rapid response, "Sure I'll do it! " when I asked, if she would team up with me, for Children's Liturgy of the Word. It was a big commitment, but she was certainly up for the task. Bringing the Gospel to life as she eloquently broke open the Word to the mesmerized little ones. That, for sure, is my fondest memory. Seeing their eyes light up as she proclaimed the Good News! I think they were so attentive, because she wasn't just" reading" the Gospel - she was living it! Children can spot a phony a mile away. They knew Mrs. D was the real deal, a true follower of Christ! I miss you so much, Di, but how could I not be happy for you, as I am certain you heard those magnificent words, "Well done My good and faithful servant!"
