Aunt Carmela was always so nice and welcoming whenever we came to her house, both as children and as adults. She made the absolute BEST meatballs and I feel so very priveleged that she gave me the recipe that I can now pass on to my family. RIP Aunt Carmela. Tell Uncle Lou hello.
