I am so very sorry for your loss. Janet and I would talk every morning at her station on Walnut Street when she would cross me on my way to Central Avenue School. She was always thoughtful and kind and I miss seeing her smile everyday. I am very glad to have known her. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Sincerely, Debbie Mantone

So sorry for your loss - I met Janet over 50 years ago when we both drove school buses for the Harding township school - always enjoyed her company at the firehouse during auction and more recently as a fellow school crossing guard in Madison - what a wonderful life

I was just thinking about Janet and that I had not heard from her in a while, and my daughter noticed the obituary on the internet. As you may remember we were great friends for a good part of our lives , mainly High school, early marriage years and in our mid years. Looking through the yearbook brought on tears and happy memories of days long ago. I send my best regards and loving thoughts of years gone by. I’m in awe when I think of the young girls who became mature women with loving families to be proud of.
