Obituary of Kenneth C. Christ

Kenneth “Ken” Christ, 59, of Randolph, NJ, passed away on January 14, 2025, at Morristown Medical Center, surrounded by his family.

A funeral service was held at Temple B’nai Or in Morristown, NJ, on January 16, 2025, at 10:00 am.

Ken was born on August 7, 1965, in Belleville, NJ, to Carolyn and Charles Christ. He graduated from Morris Hills High School in 1983 and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Syracuse University. For over 18 years, Ken worked as a Solution Advisor for SAP, where he was known for his expertise and dedication.

Ken enjoyed spending time with his family, running 5Ks with his children, shopping for wine, taking care of his garden, and even talking to his plants. He found joy in life’s simple moments and shared that joy with the people around him. Ken was a loving husband, father, son, and brother, and he will be deeply missed by those who had the privilege to love him.

Ken is survived by his wife, Elizabeth (Poret) of Randolph, NJ; his children, Adam and Annabelle; his parents, Carolyn and Charles Christ of Wilmington, NC; his brother, Eric Christ, and sister-in-law Laurie Darling of Newark, DE; and his brother Bryan Christ, sister-in-law Nicole, and their children, Gideon and Ellis of Cincinnati, OH.

In honor of Ken’s memory, the family welcomes donations to Morristown Medical Center’s Neurology Center of Excellence Fund in recognition of the Kahn 5 Clinical Staff or to The Boomer Esiason Foundation.
