Celebrate Dad

How will you remember your dad this Father’s Day?

For some, Dad may definitely be a Super Hero. For others, Dad may be a quiet Hero. For those of you whose Dad was not there for you, there may be a father figure in your life you would like to remember in a special way this Father’s Day.

When I think of my dad, I think he is a combination of both, a Super Hero because he could fix anything, and a quiet hero, who would patiently help me with my homework when I was growing up. Whichever type best suits your dad, I am sure he was special to you.

Now that he is no longer with you, how would you like to remember him? How would you like to celebrate your dad?  Here are some things to consider.

-What did you like to do with your dad?

-What was one of his favorite meals?

-What was one of his favorite games?

-What did you talk about with your dad?

You can also reminisce with family and friends about his life, look at photos and share stories and memories. Most of all, you can say “thank you”, Dad, for all the love and support he gave you. Happy Father's Day!
